The new Labour Codes, combining 29 old laws into 4 new codes (acts) which were originally passed in 2020 have been put into effect from November 2025. The new laws make significant changes in the compliance requirement and also have serious financial impact in some cases. It is therefore important that every company (every business) evaluates the new laws, its impact on the business and compliance and take action to implement the same. It needs a strategic evaluation of some of the current practices too.
