Riskpro India Ventures Private Limited (herein after referred to as RiskPro India) is committed to respect your privacy and choices. This Privacy Notice highlights our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that we receive when you use our website(s) located at https://www.riskpro.in/ and other services made available via the Sites from time to time.

 

To make the terms in this Privacy Policy easier to read, our Site and services provided are collectively called the “Services”. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. We are the data processor of personal data, and our customers are the Data Fiduciaries.

Information We Gather

Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide Services and improve them, to administer your use of the Services, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services.

When do we collect information?

1. Information collected while providing services:

To use our services, you will be required to provide us with information such as name and business email, which are essential to providing to provide the services.

 

2. Information collected through our website:

We collect personal data when you use our website/services such as through the contact us form or when you provide the personal data directly to us.

 

3. Information collected through marketing:

We collect personal data such as e-mail ids when we send you marketing e-mails.

 

4. Job applicant's data:

When you submit your name, contact details, and resume to apply for any job openings at RiskPro India.

What information will we collect?

 

1. Information Provided by you

Client Information: We will collect certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your employee's name, email address, phone number, payment-related details, reviews, and testimonials(“Personal Data “). We may also collect certain information that is not Personal data because it cannot be used by itself to identify you.

Furthermore, we may publish your information such as reviews, testimonials, and success stories on the website.

2. Information collected while providing services

While providing services to the clients we may capture personal data relating to the client organization such as HR data, Sales and marketing data, IT data, Support services data, etc. Collecting the information is essential for providing services and its use is restricted to the purpose of providing services opted by the client.

3. Information collected through our employees, consultants, interns and job applicant

Employee Information: Name of the employee, Employee Ids, Designation, DOB, Gender, Blood Group, National Ids, DOB, Bank details: Account No., Address: Permanent & Temporary, Aadhar Card, PAN Card details, Name: Parents (Father, Mother), Spouse, Education details, Contact details: Phone No., E-mail id (official & Personal), Emergency contact number and name, Passport details, and Group Health Insurance (Personal data of Employees and their spouse and child).

Consultant / Intern Information: Name, National IDS, DOB, Bank details: Account No., Address: Permanent & Temporary, Aadhar Card, PAN Card details, Name of Parents (Father, Mother), Spouse, Education details, Phone No., E-mail id (official & Personal), Emergency contact number and name.

Job applicants/ Interns: For recruitment, we may collect your personal data such as name, resume, contact information, educational details, profile photo, or other details as may be required for the process.

 

4. Information collected by the Marketing and Sales team

Details of the prospects such as their name, contact details (email and mobile number), designation, state, and city are recorded in our CRM platform.

To interact with prospective leads, we use third-party email marketers such as Sendgrid, Outlook, and BTB Ventures group.

 

5. Information collected through our website

Information collected through our Contact Us form: Name, Designation, Company Name and Business e-mail ID, and Phone number.

 

Information collected while registering for events/ webinars: Name, Contact information, Job title, organization, city.

 

Log Data: Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as “Log Data”), Log Data may include information such as a User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, the frequency with which of our Services are used by a User, search terms, the links on our Services that a User clicked on and other statistics. We use this information to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this information to improve and enhance the Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences. Please note that during this, at no point in time do we collect and/or share Personal Data collected with any third parties.

 

6. Information collected through Our Partners

Name and Contact information is collected by Riskpro India when we engage with the Partners to provide the services.

 

7. Information collected through our phone calls

Name, contact information, Job title, organization, and city are collected by Riskpro India when they make one-to-one calls to existing customers to register for events and webinars.

 

8. Information related to Third Party Vendors

If Riskpro India engages third-party service providers we may collect information such as Name, Contact information, Address, other Personal Data, and non–personal information essential to fulfil the engagement of such third-party service.

 

9. Information collected through social media channels

When you sign up or log in to our platforms using social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Twitter for identity verification and connection purposes, we gather the necessary information or content as you have authorized your social media platforms to share. The information collected may include your Name, email address, username, and any other information that you have allowed the social media platforms to share.

 

10. Information collected through RiskPro Academy

First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Designation, Mobile No., and Organization name is collected by RiskPro India when you sign up or log in to our RiskPro Academy.

 

11. Information collected through Third Party

 Information collected through Google Ads campaigns: We gather the necessary information or content as you have authorized when we promote our services through google Ad campaigns.

 

Information collected through BTB Ventures group: We do receive information on leads such as name, phone number, and email ID from our third-party email marketer BTB Ventures groups. We collect the consent of the individual leads to interact with them.

 

Payment Gateway: We are using the payment gateway service named PayU. Also, we do not store/save any Payment related information at our end.

Lawful Purpose for Processing

We at Riskpro India process personal data if we have a lawful purpose for processing personal data. Our lawful purpose is as follows:

We process your data only if you have given your consent freely for the same. You may withdraw consent by contacting us with a request using the details set out in the "Contact Information" section below.
