Job Description

• Ensures compliance with established internal processes by way of examination of records, systems etc.
• Communicate audit findings by preparing final report and drive implementation of efficient control systems.
• Identification of key risk areas and formulate dynamic audit programs and keep the processes in check.
• Formulate Internal Audit process for the organization with defined outcomes and timelines and conduct audit as per the plan with defined outcomes and timelines and be responsible for adherence.
• Ensure that all internal controls and SOP are in place.
• Ensure that all the approvals as per the designed DOA are in place.
• Identification of Process gaps during the audits, key risk and implementing corrective action and regular monitoring of the key controls.
• Drive Organizational Improvement based on Gaps or Risks identified through IA.
• Conduct SLA Adherence audit across all the functions in the company and drive improvement.
• Track the relevance of Business Processes and make improvement and modifications as and when required.

Educational & Professional Credentials

• Preferred Chartered Account or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Any graduate with core internal Audit can also apply for the job.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge on SAP / Ms Excel.
• Should have worked on SOP.
