a. It is usually more difficult to compare services to a product and the guidelines for Procurement of Services is a problem in PSU's and Govt. purchase not only in India but across the world.  In fact this in itself is a HUGE risk as the Services Sector now approaches or exceeds 50% - as opposed to Manufacturing and Agriculture - in most Economies including India.
 
b. Our best foot forward is the most appropriate, senior, qualified, certified, experienced person at the HELM of any project we undertake. In turn he/she will ensure that the goals and "Service Level" agreed upon is met in the agreed upon "Offer", "Service Procurement" or "Tender".
 
c. Rates in Services can vary wildly. A retired, pensioner, wanting to give-back-to-society may charge a few 1000 rupees.  A Big-5 competitor will usually send a local middle-executive Professional yes, but with hardly any Organisational commitment.
 
d. By India, Of India, For India is a key aspect when it comes to Governance, Risk & Compliance. Loyalty, patriotism, values, integrity, social concern, community usually seems to stop at the borders.
