Project required team members to understand what are the top risks facing Indian companies and then research (through primary and secondary resources) how these risks are managed by the use of Risk Management Software/ Systems.

The Project concluded with the following deliverables.

-Details of secondary research and customer interaction

2. “Reputation Risk Management in India”

Project required team members to understand what is meant by reputation risk, best practices in India and Globally and how Indian companies are managing reputation risk.

-Online Survey of Reputation Risk Management

-Details of secondary research and customer interaction

3. “Marketing Plan for a Risk Consulting Firm”

Project required team member to document an effective and viable marketing plan for a start up consulting firm that wants to provide risk management consultancy to Indian Corporates.

The Project concluded with the following deliverables.

-Competition Analysis database

4. “Project risk in under construction cement Industry”

Project required team member to document typical risks which a cement industry faces during construction period and suggestions for mitigating these risks.

The Project concluded with the following deliverables.

- Project risk database

- Management Information System for project management

5. “Preparation of risk register for cement / stock broking / Pharmaceutical / Sugar / Airlines / Tyre / IT / Rubber / BPO Industry”

Project required team member to prepare risk register under established framework.

This includes

- Identification of major processes that apply to the industry

- Identification of 3-5 minor processes within each of the above processes.

- At the end of the exercise, have a risk register with about 150-200 top risks that apply to the particular industry. The Project concluded with the following deliverables.
