Project Risk analysis – analyzing Risks across entire project, identification, monitoring, risk management plans etc.. This is a one-time activity. It is possible to provide regular monitoring support on weekly/monthly basis too.

 

Project Audit – Conducting project audits to determine whether Project is on track, in line with objectives defined, all aspects particularly risks are managed properly, Processes are being followed etc..

 

Project Management / Program Management / Portfolio Management – Helping client manage a portfolio, program or project. Guidance to other Project Managers can be provided in the organization.

 

OPM – Organizational Project Management – This is Project Management at Organization level which then percolates down to Portfolio’s, Programs, and Project. Involvement of top management is critical to ensure success to this. One time activity spread over few months.

 

Business Application Audits – Every organization has numerous Business Applications. As time progresses most of them do not meet the current needs of an organization. An audit is essential to determine how many applications are available, how many are useful, how many can be combined, how many need to be re-visited and new version to be considered. When an application does not meet the needs, users tend to use other means like having spreadsheets etc.. – A detailed Audit to review all applications in an organization or at a location is essential. One time activity spread over few months. There is also a need to determine - Does the organization really need a new application? What is the business case? A detailed Audit is essential which will help determine the need. This has to be done when a new business application is planned. One time activity spread over few months since this entails reviewing Business case, determining anticipated benefits, auditing immediately after implementation, after 3 months and after 6 months to verify benefits and justifications projected in business case.

 

Business Excellence -- Helping an organization take the journey towards Business Excellence. This will be achieved through Guidance and helping an Organization define processes, conduct trainings, and implementation. This can also include Leadership trainings.

 

Hiring Risk mitigation using Graphology – In addition to routine process of hiring an organization may choose to use Graphology or Handwriting analysis to determine the personality of a prospective candidate. This is essential for all levels, and particularly at senior levels. This is done based on an individual’s handwriting. It is possible to determine entire personality of an individual or certain specific traits can also be identified.
