From time to time, and on a need basis, we have opportunities for secondement to our partners’ site for project based work. Our partners have similar practices and value the contributions of employees equally. You would still be compensated by Risk Pro, but will report directly to our Partner’s Management for the duration of the project. This cross employment will provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience at other clients and in different industries.
