Risk Pro is looking for extremely talented and effective business development professional who can grow the company from the startup stage to a well established practice. The candidate must be strong in Sales and Business Development with very good business acumen. He or she will be expected to prospect and sell risk consulting solutions by generating leads, negotiating and closing sales. We are currently recruiting for Mumbai and Bangalore regions. Some of the qualities that we are looking for are:

  • Highly networked individual with existing relationships with various mid sized companies
  • Will have to interact with the top management to sell unique services that provide long term economic and financial benefits to clients
  • Strong sales and customer focus
  • Develop new market opportunities.
  • Develop new client relationships & generate business from new industry vertical.
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Demonstrate personal excellence

    Desired Profile

    MBA with 7-22 years experience in selling consulting or similar services to corporate clients. The professional should have a mix of industry & consulting experience. Professionals able to or wish to work part time (about 2-3 days a week) may also apply. Please indicate the range of compensation expected. Please see the para below regarding compensation since we are looking for professionals who can come on board on a variable compensation rather than fixed salary.

    Compensation

    The compensation will be ‘strike rate’ based or linked to performance and will be very rewarding depending upon the size of the engagement. Equity may also be considered for the right professional.
